Vineyard Montessori School
The Challenge
VMS is the only montessori school on Martha’s Vineyard, which means they have a dual challenge of educating and recruiting students as well as providing all of the necessary resources to existing students and parents. Organizing all of this information in an intuitive way was easier said than done.
The Solution
We guided VMS through the full design and content creation phase, including information architecture, competitor analysis, and numerous iterations aimed at narrowing the amount of content shown. We then produced wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, iterating with the client until we had the final designs. We then took these and built a mobile-first custom WordPress website, as well as completed some knowledge transfer so the client can update key pieces of information, such as alerts if there are snow days.
